Actress and former-girlfriend of Jude Law, Sienna Miller, is reported to have won £53,000 from a photographic agency she had sued for photographic harassment. 26-year-old Miller, who has appeared in films such as Alfie and Factory Girl, took legal action against Big Pictures UK Limited and its founder Darryn Lyons for what she described as an "intolerable" campaign by the agency’s photographers.
Sienna MillerBig Pictures UK Limited agreed to pay £37,000 damages plus legal costs, as well as promising not to pursue or follow the actress, or to have its photographers hanging about outside her home or that of Ms Miller’s family. Mark Thomson, lawyer for the star said the agency was guilty of breaching her human rights.

Sienna Miller has confirmed her relationship with Balthazar Getty is over. The ‘Edge of Love’ actress – who was first linked to the ‘Brothers and Sisters’ star in July – claims she is being single and has no plans to jump into another relationship in the near future.
She said, “I’m single at the moment, and I’m completely happy with that. It’s nice not to have a relationship that people constantly want to scrutinise and discuss. I’m cool with being on my own.”

In the seven-minute video for the British band The Hours' song "See The Light," the 26-year-old actress escapes the designer shop before proclaiming in therapy, "Death feels like the safest place for me right now."

British actress Sienna Miller, has yet again won a case over the publication of her intrusive photos. The star has recently accepted 15,000 pounds in damages from the 'Daily Star' after it published her privacy-invading photograph taken in LA.
The actress had won a similar privacy lawsuit in January against a photographer who took her nude pictures while she was filming for 'Hippie Hippie Shake'. Following her claim that the photos were taken without her consent, a London High Court had passed the judgement in her favour.

Former couple Jude Law and Sienna Miller have decided to reunite for Guy Ritchie's new movie. The Mirror reports that the duo, who went their separate ways in 2005, will share the big screen in Ritchie's upcoming film, Sherlock Homes.
New York born Miller met Law on the sets of 'Alfie' where the latter seduced her onscreen. But Miller decided to quit after she caught Law's affair with his children's nanny. Law is said to have issued a public apology to his ex-fiancee for having the affair but the couple split nevertheless.

Ritchie also wants to take Russell Crowe and Sam Riley from the same set to play in his new detective film.

Sienna Miller loves to be noticed by the paparazzi. She reveals that it is no good to have bodyguards or assistants around her when she is free because she wants to be able to live a normal life (and the paparazzi like to capture the celebs who live in a normal life).
She says, "When I'm not working, I want to be myself. I don't have assistants, bodyguards or even a driver because I try to pretend in my own head that this isn't happening. I think a lot of actresses live in this cotton wool world but I'm very free spirited and I want to be able to live the life I do."
The Alfie star also insists she doesn't strive to be in the limelight and would prefer to be famous for her work.
The actress admits, "I was well known before I had a film out but I don't court attention. I don't go to other people's premieres. I haven't been out to a club in London for years. I've never missed a day's work in my life and I take my job very seriously."

The questions arise to make sure who has cheated whom as Balthazar issued a statement insisting he HAD split from his wife of eight years. The Basbaltard must tell Sienna the same thing, I'm sure he does already. So here we have two victims of that individual's crime; Sienna and Rosetta.

People.com reports: Miller, sporting a sailor's cap, was also spotted topless on the balcony of an Italian hotel room kissing Getty. Meanwhile, the Brothers & Sisters actor, 33, and his wife Rosetta "have been living separate lives for a while."

Sienna Miller revealed the accident happened when she was filming a stunt for action blockbuster GI Joe.
From News24: "I had every intention of working out but it just didn't happen - I've never been to the gym. I got burnt boobs, I ran the wrong way under an explosion. It was my own fault, I'm clumsy, there's a little scar."
Sienna added: "The damage is done, everything's been seen! It's a little bit awkward at the time. There's the odd perve in the corner."
